How much do you charge for postage?
  • Postage charges start are free to the UK, for other costs please see Delivery.
    • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
  • Once complete all items are mailed by signed for first class post and should be delivered within the UK mainland within 24-48 hours, however once an item has left our premises, we cannot take responsibility for items in transit.
    How much does insurance cost?
    Orders over £40 will automatically be insured and will require a signature on delivery.
    When will my order be processed?
    Orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt of payment and materials are ordered in, the majority of materials are ordered from UK companies and received within 48 hours, with the exception of Venetian glass beads and some opals.
    Who designed the website?
    The website was designed and coded by the SilkPixie.
    Who creates the designs shown on the website?
    All designs and creations are created and produced by us, SilkPixie. Working from images, sketches and sometimes imagination.
    Why don't you display opening hours?
    We do not work regular hours, sometimes starting at 7am, sometimes finishing at 2am, therefore it is not possible to state hours.
